Our document/help localization process consists of the following basic steps:

3. Desktop publishing (DTP), engineering and other services as needed
4. Final Quality Assurance (QA) check and Client Review

Who is involved in the process?

Each of our clients is assigned an experienced Project Manager and an experienced Account Manager who work in tandem to guarantee complete project success and client satisfaction. They manage your GGI localization team including: linguists, desktop publishers, engineers, and QA specialists.

GGI only uses professional linguists that live in target markets and speak target languages natively. Our selection process requires that linguists specialize in specific fields. This specialization helps ensure top-quality localization.
